About our Rooms and Services

Knowlogy's Learning Rooms are your convenient way to host off-site organizational training events. Whether your event simply requires desk and chairs only, PC's for instruction or even high-end hardware and software setup, our dedicated technical staff can coordinate and execute on all your specific needs! All of our rooms are comfortable, bright and equipped with white-boards. All students may take advantage of our morning snacks and refreshments the entire day.

Knowlogy Washington DC is conveniently located downtown, only 4.7 miles (15 minutes) from Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA). At your request, Knowlogy will provide administrative support in procuring best-value lodging and daily transportation to and from the selected facility.
Knowlogy’s receptionist area is staffed from 7:30am until the close of the day – usually 5:00pm. Our receptionist has the day’s manifest with all classes (titles and location) and will direct all students to classrooms and facilities (kitchen, restroom, lounge area).
Knowlogy’s Learning Rooms are your convenient way to host off-site organizational training events. All our rooms are comfortable, bright and equipped with white-boards.
Student workstations include 1-to-1 student/PC ratio and name tents for identification. Each room is served by one projector – flip charts are available upon request. Instructors teach from their own “instructor pod” equipped with a PC and monitors.
Directly outside the kitchen is a common area used for eating, meeting or simply relaxing. This spacious area contains numerous tables and chairs for eating, large soft chairs/couches for relaxing and a large-screen TV to catch up on the day’s events.
Our large kitchen is well appointed with a refrigerator for student use, a filtered water dispensers, two long countertops, a sink, cabinet space and (most important to our students) a coffee maker with individual coffee/tea packets to suit the taste of our clients. The kitchen is supplied each morning with an assortment of bagels and donuts.
